Description:	Mass Payroll Entry allows a quick method to enter either Payroll Batches or Time and Attendance information
through a simple user interface.  There is also a method to import transactions and also save templates based on previously 
entered information.

	20060530	mmw	inital version v90g1 - Signficant change to process interacting with time and attendance.  
				This necessitated a rewrite and restructure of the code as well as a data model 									change on the SSI_UPR_PAYTEMP table.
